The Bishop Gallagher 4th Degree Assembly is based out of the Fr. John M. Lynch council in Clawson, Michigan. The Faithful Navigator for 2007-2008 is Sir Knight Ed Ching. The Assembly meets 7:30 PM every first and third Thursday of the month at the Fr. John M. Lynch council, 870 N. Main St., Clawson, MI.

The Bishop Gallagher Assembly was founded in October of 1951 through the efforts of Charles E. Uhnavy, Peter, Spellman, Sr., Edward Madigan, Earl Wallace, Lyle E. Mehlenbacher, and Joseph E. Murray.
